The PlayGround will inform all the employees on time about good and bad news and will stimulate feedback coming from the employees. If we are facing a problem in our work we do not hide it, but we communicate about it with our colleagues, manager and customer. If we do not like certain behavior of a colleague we tell it in a polite and constructive way and do not gossip about it. We talk with each other not about each other!

When we are working on an event we always focus on delivering the milestones on time, under the highest standards of excellence and within budget. We will not hide behind procedures or misunderstandings. We see problems as a learning opportunity and always try to find a way to solve things.
